By using our services, clients acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and agree that they are receiving massage therapy voluntarily.

Massage by Gretchen & Associates provides therapeutic massage services intended for relaxation, wellness, and pain relief.
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a service. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
All services provided are non-medical and should not replace professional medical treatment.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to our policies or behaves inappropriately.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period.

Massage by Gretchen & Associates is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after the use of our services.
Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the session begins.
